Steven Monfort, ARCS Northern California Chapter Scholar Alum, the John and Adrienne Mars Director of the Smithsonian’s National Zoo and the Smithsonian Conservation Biology Institute will be the featured speaker at the 2019 Scholar Awards Reception on October 23rd at the National Academy of Sciences.
